Terms & Conditions to Bookings 

I. Booking: Upon quotation the booking should state the minimum amount of people requiring services. If more people are interest people inform Hair and Make-up Artist as soon as possible. Due to the scheduling conflicts additions are at the solo discretion of the Hair & Make-up Artist. A booking fee is required to secure your date and is non-refundable under any circumstance unless the Hair and Make-up Artist is to cancel.

II. Photographs: The clients must understand that any photographs taken during the trial or the day of the event, may be used for promotional purposes, unless otherwise discussed with the Hair & Make-up Artist in advance. 

III. Liability: All Make-up Brush, Hairbrushes and products are sanitised between use. Client(s) agree to release the Hair & Make-up Artist from liability for any skin complications due to allergic reactions.

IIII. Cancelation Policy: Should the Client Cancel or postpone 180 days or less prior to the event, a cancellation fee will be imposed, requiring 75% of the remaining balance to be paid on the scheduled day of the event unless rescheduled within the month and the date is available and if within 90 day of the wedding the full balance must be paid. This applies to any circumstance, unless the Hair and Makeup Artist had to cancel. In this instance 100% of the balance would be returned to the client. In the event that a client postpones their event or wedding their full balance will be required on their original wedding/ event date, under this circumstance their full balance shall become non-refundable. 

IIIII. If the Hair & Make-up Artist requested cannot perform the agreed upon services to unforeseen circumstances beyond her/his control, on the day of the event, 100% of all payments shall be refunded to the client with the understanding that no further liability with respect to the agreement. This agreement shall be binding upon the parties, their heirs, successors, assigns and person representatives.

IIIIII. All trials must be held at Amazing Grace Hair and Make-up Artistry Studio. All trails are held Monday-Wednesday between 9am-4pm. If a last-minute booking is made an out of hour appointment will be arrange to by the Client and Make-up Artist. If theses day do not work for the client an out of office appointment may be available subject to the Hair & Make-up Artist.

IIIIIII. Should a client request a date change for their trial then this will be allocated subject to the Hair and Make-up Artist availability and a £10 fee may require unless made aware within 7 working days.  

IIIIIIII. A trial must be held 2 months before the wedding date however there are expectations for last minute bookings. 

IIIIIIIII. Payment: Deposit must always be taken with any bookings; the second instalment of your Bridal Package should be made on the day of the trial; the amount will be given before the trial. The remaining balance should be made 30 days before the wedding date. All booking fee and instalments are non-refundable. 

IIIIIIIII. There should be no deduction on the amount of people requiring service upon the day of the wedding, within the 60 days before the wedding.

IIIIIIIIII. If the client decides to pay off a percentage of their remaining balance off early this in non-refundable, unless the Hair and Makeup Artist has to cancel.

IIIIIIIIIII. Deposit/Booking fee: This payment covers the cost of admin time and support of planning your Bridal Hair and Makeup for trials, discussing styles, arranging timings and cover cost for assistance if required, therefore making it non-refundable.

IIIIIIIIIIII. There are no Trials to be held on a Saturday or Sundays this is because it is the busiest day of the week for Bridal Parties. 

IIIIIIIIIIIIII. No booking is confirmed until the deposit has been paid. 

IIIIIIIIIIIIIIII. All allergies must be made aware to the Hair and Make-up Artist before the trial. 

IIIIIIIIIIIIIIIII. If you chose to not have a trial before your wedding, you must understand upon the day of the wedding we are in a timed pressure situation and changing Hairstyles and Make-up look around may be difficult.

IIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIII. The minimum spend cape on a Saturday Wedding is £350.00. 

IIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIII. All wedding within a 20-mile radius of Amazing Grace Hair and Make-up Studio are free and anything beyond this point will be charge 0.55 pence per mile. 

IIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIII. Any hair accessories or veil in which worn on the day of the wedding may affect how well the hairstyle in which chosen may last, this will be discussed upon the day of the trial. Amazing Grace Hair and Makeup Artistry cannot be responsible or liable if this causes your hair to fall out.

IIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIII. Weather conditions may affect how well your hair stay in place, Amazing Grace Hair and Makeup Artistry cannot be held responsible if the conditions cause fall out.

IIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIII. If the client was to postpone their date of their said occasion and the Hair and Makeup Artist was not available on the new date, this would be a cancellation from the client and NOT the Hair and Makeup Artist. Therefore, they would follow the same terms as the Cancellation Policy.

IIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIII. If the client had a Friday or Saturday Date and wishes to postpone to a new date upon a Friday or Saturday, providing the date is available there will be a fee charged of £250.00. For any other date that is requires postponement there will be a fee charge of £150.00.
